
It's that time again!
Monday - Pasta Bake (something like a baked ziti but using whatever leftover pasta and cheese I have)
Tuesday - Fish (I'll see what is fresh at the store), Couscous and spinach salad
Wednesday - Lentil Curry with Flat Bread
Thursday - Colcannon with Irish Brown Bread. It was hard to find a good vegetarian Irish Recipe!
Friday - Pizza Pizza
Saturday - Dinner with friends
Sunday - Family Dinner
