Menu Plan Monday!
I'm trying to use what I have left in the fridge so I only have to pick up one or two things at the store:
Monday - Rice Frittata (the recipe I pulled out was for a Zucchini Rick Frittata but I don't have any Zucchini so I think mine will be with bell peppers)
Tuesday - Fried Rice
Wednesday - Black Bean Quesadillas
Thursday - Tomato Soup and Grilled Cheese
Friday, Saturday - Beach Trip!

- Right now I'm covered in flour, haven't showered since yesterday, and I'm sleep deprived. Once upon a time I was using my expensive college education to work as a accountant/consultant. Now I use my high school Home Ec. skills to raise 2 kids and keep my house from falling down.
I wish I was half as organized as you. How many times a week do you go to the grocery store? Not kidding, we were going at least twice a week. :-s

ReplyDeleteI try to go once a week! Making the plan only takes a few minutes. I look at my calendar to see what is going on and decide the meals based on that.
ReplyDeleteRachel - I don't have a fried rice recipe. I just sort of make it up with what I have on hand. Tonight will be bell peppers, peas, carrots and mushrooms stir fried in the wok before adding the rice and some soy sauce. When the rice is warm I had a few eggs and dinner is ready!
